My process covers user research, content structure, UX/UI design, interactive prototyping, usability testing, and iteration. I create responsive and mobile-first experiences focused on usability and accessibility. For website projects such as OK Sananjalka, I also carry the design into implementation and QA.
Every project starts with understanding the goals, target audience, and user needs. I conduct research, analyze competitors, identify pain points, and define a strategy to create effective user-centered solutions.
I organize content into a clear and intuitive structure. This includes creating information architecture, planning user flows, and writing concise interface content that supports usability and improves navigation.
I turn ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, test them with users, and refine the experience through iteration. Testing helps me check usability, accessibility, and consistency before finalizing the design.
About me
I’ve always been naturally curious about people — what shapes their decisions, what motivates them, and why they behave the way they do. This curiosity naturally found its way into my work as a designer.
My background in early childhood education and dance teaching strengthened my communication, observation, empathy and problem-solving skills. It taught me to listen closely, notice what may not be said directly, and ask questions that help uncover the real needs behind a problem.
These experiences continue to shape the way I approach user-centered design. I try to understand not only what users need, but also the goals and context behind the project. For me, good design starts with asking the right questions and understanding the problem before looking for a solution.
